Professional chef with 15 years of experience, having navigated various kitchens not only within Colombia but also internationally in Brazil, the United States, and France. My greatest passion lies in Colombian cuisine, which serves as my inspiration. I have conducted extensive research on local products and traditional techniques, infusing a more contemporary flair into each of my creations. Additionally, I have provided consultancy services to restaurants and hotels in different cities across the country.
